Estimates vs. final quotes

Estimates given without an on-site visit are non-binding ballpark figures. Only written quotes signed by both parties after an on-site visit are binding.

Service availability

We serve MetroWest Massachusetts. Service availability is subject to schedule, weather (for exterior work), and on-site assessment.

Warranties

Written warranties are issued per project. General product warranties (paint, primer, hardware) are pass-through from manufacturers and subject to their terms.

Limitation of liability

Os Pine Painting Inc.'s liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question, except where prohibited by Massachusetts law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
