Sprayed vs brushed

We spray every cabinet — never brush. Sprayed = factory-grade smoothness with zero brush marks. Brushed cabinets show every stroke under kitchen lighting.

Our process

How cabinet painting actually happens

  1. 1

    Inventory & label

    Every door numbered for re-install.

  2. 2

    Remove offsite

Doors removed, taken to spray booth.

  3. 3

    Degrease & sand

Kitchen grease is the enemy — fully removed.

  4. 4

    Prime

    Bonding primer on all surfaces.

  5. 5

    Sand & spray coat 1

    Sanded smooth between coats.

  6. 6

    Spray coat 2 + cure

    Full 24–48h cure between operations.

  7. 7

    Reinstall

Doors and hardware reinstalled, soft-close adjusted.
